Twenty-three years after the dreaded Dark Lord's reign; things are not what they used to be. Muggle rights activists numbers have greatly increased over the years, their somewhat 'hippy' agenda creating a lot of problems in the Wizarding World. Their beliefs are countered by the dictating mind of new Minister of Magic, Artemus Scathing. Time and time again he has expressed his extreme dislike for the generation of Muggle loving Witches and Wizards. "They've allowed Muggles to enter our world and now, they're polluting out bloodlines; even more so than in the past. "It seems it is only a matter of time before all of the Purebloods start to take action. Scathing encourages a new age of Purebloods, those that hate Muggles as much as he does, to set out in destroying anyone who feels differently.
