Daylight hung in the balance of the nearing night when James made his way down to the lake, the lake where his memories were free to roam, and thoughts could flow into his head. Even though his memories could bring pain he still loved this place because it was peaceful, here he could think about anything he wanted or needed to and would not be interrupted by the sounds of students. So it was upon the shoreline of this lake where he took a seat on a nearby rock. Once he sat James clasped his hands together and placed the chin of his head down on them, and watched the water as his head began to flood with his darkest of memories.
A James of age 11 was back inside the Hospital room that haunted him to this day, the Hospital room in which his mother died in. He saw his father comforting her, trying to help her as James stood there frozen in fear because of an oncoming doom that he knew was inevitable, all he could do was watch as the heart monitor began to go down until, eventually, there was nothing…
It took a moment for the shock to kick in but when it did, it came in hard, hard enough that it caused James to fall upon his knees in a sea of tears…
James suddenly leapt out of this memory as the sound of footsteps came up behind him. As they drew nearer he quickly collected himself so they may not see what had just happened…

Anyone that knew Lisa knew that there was no way she could stay cooped up in the castle for too long. She had to go outdoors at least once a day to get away from the stuffy common room and dormitory scenes. She had to escape homework and studying, actually all the school stuff. She was a free spirit and since it wasn't cold outside still, noone could keep her inside. She already was out that day but it was after classes with her friends. Even Lisa needed some space and alone time. Besides noone really knew she was an animagus and she wanted to stay it that way for now. So she sneaked out the castle in her furry form and ran out onto the grounds. It was way different feeling to feel the ground and grass with cat paws. It was different to look through its eyes. But she loved it, she loved that ability.
Her paws brought her closer to the lake. She saw someone sitting on the rock from afar. She tilted her cat head thinking of who it could be but she came up with 'no idea'. But she hoped it was a student. She reminded herself she was a prefect and had a badge pinned to her blouse as she didn't take her robe with herself. She could as well pretend she is on her rounds and give that someone at least a small fright because the night was nearing. If cats could smirk, you would see one on Lisa's face right now. She looked around to check if anyone else was around or if anyone was observing her. She saw noone so she turned back into her human form. Walking down towards the shore Lisa didn't try to be quiet. Not that she wanted to alarm the person but she didn't find it necessary. "Hey, what are you doing out at that hour?" her voice rang as she stood right behind the boy.
